  • 4 lbs. boneless/skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 medium yellow onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped garlic
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can of diced tomatoes – do not drain
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 3 tablespoon curry paste
  • McCormick’s Montreal Chicken Registered TM (lightly season the chicken pieces)
  • Freshly cracked pepper to taste
  • 23 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 23 tablespoons salted butter
