Italian Sausage Soupwith the soup. Add 6-8 cups of chicken broth., adjust salt and pepper seasonings and simmer for about 1 hour. Add pasta and cook until pasta is soft. Just before serving, add 1 pound of baby spinach with stems removed. Top with thick slices of Tuscan bread - toasted and topped with aged shredded parmesan. Place on top of soup just before serving. Enjoy!
